Cancellation Policy
General Terms: • Courses are dependent on a minimum number of participants. A course or lecture may be cancelled if the required minimum is not met. • Participants must pay the full course fee even if they miss classes. If there is a recording, participants will receive a link after having paid in full. • Payment of the fee constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions. Payments: • The fee must be paid prior to the course start date. • In the case of a returned check, the participant will cover any service fees entailed. Cancellation policy: • Until 48 hours prior to the lecture- receive a full refund. • After 48 hours prior to the lecture, no refunds. • Refunds will be processed no later than 7 business days after the cancellation submission. Refunds will be issued via cash, bank transfer, credit card or PayPal, as applicable.
