The Eden Center invites you to a discussion with Yonina Rubinstein – Sexuality Educator, author of Sexuality After Childbirth, and Dr. Sharon Galper Grossman, MD, MPH, Morah L’Halacha, about What to Expect When Baby Is Here: A Guide to Intimacy After Birth.
They will address medical, halakhic, and sexual questions including when it’s safe to resume relations, when to go to the mikveh, and how to navigate hormonal, emotional, and libido changes after birth.
